1. Does the company offer the ability to track orders?
Yes, we offer a tracking service for all orders shipped within Germany. However, please note that this service is currently unfortunately not available for orders shipped to other countries.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment. Simply click on this link to view the current status of your shipment.
3. I did not receive an email for tracking my shipment. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you can't find the email there either, please contact our customer service. It's possible there was an issue with your email address or the email didn't reach you for some other reason.
4. I have placed an order abroad. How can I track the status of my order?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a tracking service for orders shipped outside Germany. However, rest assured that all packages are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your order after this period, please contact our customer service.
5. How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?
