At Lopalmed, we want to ensure that you receive your package safely and on time. If you have received a delivery notification but cannot find your package, please note the following guidelines:
If a drop-off permit has been granted
If you have granted DHL a drop-off permit, DHL is responsible for the package. In this case, please contact DHL support directly. However, if DHL says that we are responsible for the package, we ask you to send us the correspondence with DHL.
According to the law, the shop usually bears liability until the package has reached you undamaged. However, if you grant DHL a drop-off permit, this liability only extends to the drop-off point. Therefore, it is important to carefully choose the drop-off location.
Package left at a parcel shop
There may be instances when your package is left at a parcel shop if you are not home at the time of delivery. In this case, you will receive a notification from the delivery service informing you that your package is available for pickup at a specific parcel shop.
Please note that you must pick up your package within the timeframe specified in the notification. If you do not pick up the package within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.
