At Lopalmed, we always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, your order may have already been shipped before you had the opportunity to request a cancellation. Here are our policies for cancellations:
If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped
If you request a cancellation and your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel the order. As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we check the status of your order. If it has not yet been shipped, we cancel it in our system and inform you about it.
If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped
If you request a cancellation and your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't carry out the cancellation anymore. Our packaging team works very quickly to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
In this case, you can return the package at your own cost. Please note our 14-day return policy. A refund is only possible for unopened goods. You can find more information on returns here.
